I am a licensed real estate broker in Dubai (RERA BRN 78108). I have lived and worked here since 2022.

I handle every deal personally, from the first call to the keys. In large agencies the broker often only does viewings, and the client is then passed on to administrators and lawyers. With me, you always know who is responsible.

For the past eighteen months I have focused on complex mortgage deals: moving a mortgage from one bank to another, using a mortgage to clear a developer payment plan together with penalties to obtain an NOC, financing the final payment on 20/80 and 40/60 plans, and helping non-residents qualify through UAE employment. I bought my own apartment with a mortgage, so I know the process first-hand.

I search the whole market: private broker groups, every portal and owners directly. I also have my own listings from owners who trust me.

I stay after the deal. I help with payments, snagging, DEWA, gas and chiller connections, key handover, finding a tenant and resale. For property management I refer you to partners I trust.

Clients I started working with in 2022 are still with me. They buy, rent out, resell and recommend me to people they know.
