Who is responsible
This website is run by Viktoriia Burmakina, real estate broker (RERA BRN 78108), Twenty Eighty Eight Real Estate L.L.C S.O.C. For any question about your data, message me on WhatsApp or Telegram; the details are on the Contact page.

What I collect
Only what you enter in forms on this website: your name, phone or WhatsApp number and details of your request (budget, property type, area and so on). Each request also records technical information: the page it was sent from, campaign tags (UTM) and the referring website.

Why
To answer your request, find properties, estimate a mortgage and handle your transaction. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored
On the website's server. A copy of each request is sent to me on Telegram and to my Google Sheet. Only I have access. Data is kept for as long as it is needed for your request, or until you ask me to delete it.

Cookies and analytics
The website uses analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) only if you agree in the cookie banner. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set.

Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just message me. Data is processed in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
