Address Residences, Dubai Creek Harbour

A family relocating to Dubai. We started with Dubai Hills, then Downtown. Hills did not appeal from the first viewing. Downtown lacked nearby schools and nurseries, the waterfront and strong amenities.

During the viewings I realised Creek Harbour would suit them and immediately arranged a viewing with a partner who specialises in the area. In the Address lobby the clients knew this was the level of service they wanted.

Together with partners we showed more than 20 apartments on different floors and negotiated hard with the owners. We found a unit with a two-year post-handover payment plan.

Protecting the client's money. As non-residents without a UAE bank account, the clients wanted to send funds straight to the seller before transfer. I talked them out of it and brought in a conveyancing company: the clients paid the conveyancer, who issued manager's cheques to the seller, and we went to transfer as safely as possible.

The family now lives in Dubai. The client has recommended me to her managers at work.
